Meet Sammi
Sammi is a certified Pilates instructor through New York Pilates, bringing a thoughtful and intentional approach to every session she leads. What began as a personal practice quickly became a passion—drawn to the consistency and grounded energy of Pilates, Sammi found it to be a form of movement she could return to time and time again.
For her, Pilates isn’t just a workout—it’s a way to reconnect with your body, even if it’s just for 5 or 10 minutes. She believes in the power of small, consistent efforts and the way mindful movement can transform not just your body, but your overall well-being.
